I'm a physics major student, never formally learned how to draw. While other artists draw for emotions, for stories, and for people, I decide to draw the nature, in awe of the great power of nature, governing the rise of fall of stars and moon, the rotation of electrons around an atom, and the surprisingly elegant and delicate biological mechanism, the root of life of all.
As an artist, I have been trying to explore the best way of science communication through the method of art. Part of my process is to have enough related scientific knowledge before I could recreate it into a more colorful, fantastic, and attractive version. What I had always been keeping in mind is my work should be a key for non-experts, the general public, to the door of science. I tried to balance the science and the art, making the topic clear and easy to understand for the general public. Not only do I want to talk about science in the language of art, I also try to give new life to those data and rules on textbooks. My work sings the lyrics of scientific facts that never speak to the audience, people who see and feel the science.
